BriefIn one paragraph

A botanical skincare brand that needed to graduate from Instagram-DM order-taking to a fully owned store. Editorial product pages, GSAP-driven scroll moments, and a Midtrans-backed checkout designed for how Indonesian customers actually pay.

Challenge

High-intent browsers were dropping off because buying meant DMing the brand and waiting for a quote. Manual ops bottlenecked at scale. The store needed to feel premium enough to justify the price point while staying fast on Indonesian mobile networks.

Solution

Built a Next.js storefront with motion-led product galleries, cart-to-checkout in three steps, and Midtrans Snap integration covering GoPay, OVO, and bank transfer. Mobile-first layout with sticky purchase CTAs.
